Waverton was established in 2012 and has combined experience in excess of 50 years in management consulting and guiding and assisting organizations in a wide variety of industry sectors.
Nathaniel started his career at Starbucks, highlighting the need for stores and staff to be oriented towards customer’s needs. He spent seven years in the pharmaceutical industry and worked at GlaxoSmithKline as part of a three year leadership training program, tasked to evolve the operation towards customer centricity.
Nathaniel also spearheaded a number of leadership development initiatives across a 10 year span, including completion of business communications training enabling Nathaniel to train professionals in analyzing, organizing and presenting their thoughts quickly, clearly and with impact. With international experience in both Europe as well as North America, Nathaniel has amassed consulting experience throughout his career and has been positioned to aid clients from a multinational perspective, taking into consideration cultural diversity and varying client needs. Nathaniel completed a B.Comm. from Concordia University and an MBA from McGill University.
